4) Construction – Textile Reinforcement:
Warp – high tenacity polyester. Weft – polyamide;
circular woven. Special weaving design to minimizepressure loss.
Totally embedded in the rubber compound providingexcellent protection against mechanical damage.
5) Construction – Lining/Cover: Special high gradeformulated NBR/PVC compound extruded through the weave in a unique one stepproduction process. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss.
Outside is ribbed for good abrasion resistance andprotection against contact heat.
